Code of Conduct for Project X

The term Attendee shall mean any member and/or non-member of DECA U attending Project X.
All conference attendees are expected to behave in a respectful, composed manner, and abide by the Code of Conduct.
If the Code of Conduct is violated, the attendee’s university Dean may be contacted and made aware of the infraction in question.
All attendees are expected to compete fairly in any and all competitions and activities throughout the Project X Conference. Any incidents of unfair competition will be dealt with accordingly and may result in disqualification.
All attendees must agree to this waiver in order to attend and participate in the conference and must agree to all terms and conditions.
Attendees must bring their health card in case of possible circumstances and/or emergencies.
No food and/or drink(s) are allowed to be brought into the City of Toronto Council Chambers. The aforementioned will be permitted in the breakout room(s) and Rotunda only.
Any outside substances are not permitted (including alcohol and Illegal drugs).
Damages to any property or furnishings in the venue or building must be paid by the individual or Chapter responsible.
A dress code is in effect. Delegates are expected to be dressed in formal business attire for all Project X activities and wear name badges at all times during the event.
DECA U and its media partner, SD Entertainment Inc. will be photographing and/or videotaping Project X. These materials may be used on DECA U promo materials in the future.
Any modifications to the Project X Conference can be made at the discretion of the 2013-2014 DECA U Board of Directors or potential cancellation notices through the City of Toronto due to unforeseen circumstances

I do hereby release DECA U, Directors, and Advisors from all liability, claims and causes of action of any kind, in respect to, but not limited to, all personal injuries, loss of life or property, which could arise during the Project X Conference.
